The components of the kit

The command and control chain is made up of 4 inseparable components.
The synergy between the various elements is fundamental, designed to interact with each other in an optimal way.

1. Electric Cylinder

Complete with motor, temperature sensor, load cell and absolute encoder, to measure the force and position of the rod.

2. Drive-unit

It drives the brushless motor of the cylinder and controls the position of the rod.

3. Press-Right

It checks, in real time, the force and instantaneous position of the cylinder.

Accessories and Options

External Load Cell

The external HPT load cell allows precise measurement of low forces, further extending the versatility of Alfamatic electric cylinders.

External Micrometric Probe

It allows to measure, with micrometric precision, the true position of the tool with respect to a reference point on the piece, eliminating the inaccuracies due to the play and deformations of the structure.

C Frame

Low bending monolithic steel structure.
Ground steel mold support plate.

Electric Cabinet

Pre-wired, containing:
• Drive unit
• General on-off switch with door lock
• Magnetic thermal protection switches
• Redundant power supply switches
• Cooling system
• Terminal block for connection to main panel

Lubricating Grease

Specific lubricating grease for presses with planetary roller screws.

 

Grease Pump

It allows, through the greasing hole, the addtion of grease inside the electric actuator nut.
